    1. Responsible for developing strategic clients both domestically and internationally. The company's main business areas include:

    Customer development and maintenance of semiconductor packaging materials, photoresist photoinitiators, UV ink photoinitiators, OLED deuterium materials, plasma cutting cooling fluids, liquid cooling materials for computing power centers, new energy vehicles, new energy power batteries, network communication equipment, PUR and adhesive adhesives for consumer electronics factories, filling materials, thermal conductive materials, promotion and customer development of materials for IGBT packaging, charging stations, charging guns, battery filling, and other applications.

    2. Responsible for negotiating contracts with domestic and international clients, maintaining relationships with major clients, and other related tasks; Review the business situation with major partners through quarterly business meetings, develop future development plans, and set business goals to bring sustainable business growth and achieve performance goals in a rapidly changing environment. Develop business by identifying cross selling and upward selling opportunities in key channels and customer combinations.

    3. Responsible for domestic and international business development and sales team management, regularly reporting sales situation to superiors. Accurately providing market demand information, providing a basis for product development and market positioning. Accurately maintain and update business plans, including all relevant data and activities for each channel.

    4. Customer resources are required: having customer resources in the semiconductor industry, OLED industry, mobile phones and laptops, lithium batteries, and new energy vehicle industry, or having a background in physics, chemistry, technical engineering, or science and engineering, can be hired at a high salary. More than four years of work experience in manufacturing business development.

  • Salary range:7-18K * Year end bonus: Five insurances and one fund for 16 months

    1. Assist in overseas market research, industry information collection, organization, and analysis, and regularly write relevant reports.

    2. Assist the Sales Director or General Manager in maintaining the needs of VIP key customers, providing feedback on demand information, maintaining relationships with existing customers, regularly accompanying visits to VIP key customers, or regularly participating in overseas customer conference calls.

    3. Responsible for maintaining new and old customers under the company's name, assisting in project follow-up, exploring, developing, participating in business negotiations and reception;

    4. Manage, communicate, and handle daily office affairs;

    5. Assist the Sales Director or General Manager in formulating strategic plans for the enterprise, and assist the Director in recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluation, and training management for sales personnel.

    Job requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in chemistry, physics, international trade, logistics management, or marketing related fields; CET-6 level or above, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities;

    2. More than 5-8 years of experience in the same position or related work is preferred, and experience in business development and sales in the new energy and electronics industries is preferred;

    3. Possess certain overseas market analysis and judgment abilities, good customer service awareness, focus on teamwork, have good psychological qualities and self-management skills;

    4. Good communication and negotiation skills, strong initiative;

    5. Proficient in using and operating office software, including PPT production.
