High performance acrylic structural adhesive is a two-component, high-performance acrylic structural adhesive with a mixing volume ratio of 10:1.
This product can be cured at room temperature or quickly cured by heating. It has excellent adhesion properties to various substrates such as plastics, metals, ceramics, etc. Structural bonding of metal, plastic, and composite materials that can be applied to laptop shells, phone borders, and tablet borders.
1. Open the packaging and squeeze out a small amount of glue to ensure that both components can be squeezed out and have good fluidity. Install the mixing tube and place the double tube into a suitable glue application device to ensure that the extruded glue is evenly mixed.
2. Apply the adhesive solution to the surface of the substrate, bond the sample within the operating time, and apply appropriate pressure to maintain it for a certain period of time.
3. Initial curing at room temperature for 4-5 minutes, rapid curing by heating, and can be put into use after 2 hours.
